From Jean-Baptiste Menigoz’s organically farmed Chardonnay parcels on limestone-marl slopes outside Arbois, No Milk Today is a deliberately pure, non-oxidative (“ouillé”) expression vinified with Menigoz’s hallmark light touch. Direct-press fruit, native-yeast fermentation, and élevage in older barrels keep the wine linear and unadorned—no oak imprint, no oxidative veil, just clarity.
