This col fondo-style frizzante hails from a tiny 0.3 ha plot called “Osigio,” planted to 20-year-old vines on limestone-rich hillside above Treviso. The wine is made from a blend of 50% Glera, 25% Verdiso, and 25% Boschera, all farmed organically. After gentle pressing and fermentation on native yeasts, it ages with its lees for 12 months before bottle fermentation—and is released unfined, unfiltered, and without dosage. The result is elegant and dry, with yellow flower and ripe pear aromas, mineral tension, and a brisk, clean finish. Quenching and complex.
