Foudre 2022 comes from an exceptional 80-year-old vineyard located in Serra de São Mamede, 700 meters above sea level. It was vinified in a 1961 foudre from Alsace with 1150 liters of capacity where it aged for 16 months.
On the nose it impresses from the first moment because of its intensity and peculiarity. This result become from the combination between the aroma of Serra vineyards and the hue of Foudre which gives it a unique complexity that is transmitted in the mouth where it is broad, deep and mineral.
