From Chardonnay planted on limon–sandy/argil soils at 191 m in the Drôme North (Ardèche Rhône). Harvested early and vinified with direct pressing followed by a five-day maceration on skins. Fermentation is spontaneous (native yeasts), élevage is short (stainless steel) and the wine is bottled with very light sulfur.
