This rare red from Les Champs Gains—a premier cru better known for its Chardonnay—is produced from old-vine Pinot Noir planted on shallow, stony limestone and light clay soils at mid-slope. Caroline Morey farms organically and harvests by hand, with careful triage in the vineyard. The fruit is fully destemmed and fermented with native yeasts in traditional wooden vats using gentle extraction.
