Chardonnay from stony limestone–clay parcels in Meursault; the domaine farms biodynamically in practice and harvests by hand. Grapes are pressed as whole clusters, the must settles briefly by gravity, and fermentation begins with indigenous yeasts in older 228-L pièces with no new oak. Élevage runs 12–15 months on fine lees with minimal bâtonnage; SO₂ is modest and added after malolactic to protect the wine. Bottling is done with minimal handling, with a light filtration if needed.
