Jean‑Marc Roulot’s 2023 Meursault Village blend represents the heart of his biodynamically farmed terroirs. Sourced from a mosaic of plots—including Clos de la Baronne, Crotots, Gruyaches, and Vireuils—the fruit is harvested early to preserve tension, fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, and pressed gently. The wine is aged on fine lees for 18 months in large oak barrels, followed by integration in tank — no batonnage, just occasional racking into stainless to clarify. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with low sulfur.
