This is a single-parcel Sauvignon Blanc from an east-facing, five-acre vineyard planted in 1990 on Cretaceous marl (limestone–clay, “marne de crétacée”) rich in seashell fossils. The domaine is certified biodynamic (Biodyvin) and farms organically; fruit is harvested by hand, fermented with native yeasts in large upright wooden tanks, then aged for one year in the same vessels and bottled without filtration.
