This is a single-parcel Sauvignon Blanc grown on silex (flint), which imparts a smoky-mineral edge and taut energy. The domaine is certified biodynamic and harvests by hand. The fruit is direct-pressed, fermented with native yeasts, and raised on fine lees in neutral vessels with minimal SO₂ before a light filtration at bottling. The style is linear, saline, and built for precision and longevity.
