2023 Dominique Lafon Champgain, Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru, France
$235.00
Champgain is sourced from a steep, mid-slope plot famed for its limestone-rich soils; Lafon’s sustainably farmed vines produce fruit for this wine. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-cluster pressed, then spontaneously fermented in barrel before maturing for 12 months in oak (20% new). The wine then rests for 6 months in tank, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Arrives the last week July, 2025.
