Organic, 100% Pinot Noir from a South Facing parcel of old guyot trained vines in the South of Marsannay. The soil is clay and limestone over Oolithic and Comblachien sub-soils. The fruit is fermented whole cluster and spontaneously and pressed into barrel (⅔ used and ⅓ new). Bottled unfined, unfiltered and without additional SO2.
