from the east-facing ‘Chêne’ parcel near the summit of Montagne de Montpalais, this wine is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grown on clay-limestone soils. The vines, some over 50 years old, are organically farmed. Vinification involves indigenous yeast fermentation and aging in oak barrels, 20% of which are new.
Arrives late March / early April 2026.
