Mosel Fine Wines: "The 2024 Kupp N°18, as it is referred to on the central part of the label (GG is written top left), is a fully bone-dry wine (with less than 1 g/l of residual sugar) made with fruit harvested on the central part of the original Kupp hill. This cask sample reveals a superbly smoky and herbal nose, with, at first, residual scents from its spontaneous fermentation which are quickly replaced by wet stone, smoke, yellow peach, greengage, licorice, aniseed, and herbs. The wine is quite taut and zesty on the linear, yet complex and spicy. The finish is beautifully bone-dry and pure. This is great, light, and bone-dry GG."
