This Blanc de Blancs unites certified-organic Grand Cru Chardonnay from chalk-rich parcels in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Puisieulx, sites that combine fine brown topsoils over hard limestone with south-to-east exposures for tension and drive. Fermentation is spontaneous, with élevage on lees in barrel without racking, and bottling is done without fining or filtration. The wine is finished Extra Brut using the domaine’s réserve-perpétuelle liqueur, preserving a precise, mineral profile. It shows lemon oil and white-flower lift over pure chalk and a saline, finely creamy finish.
