Chardonnay from organically farmed clay-limestone parcels around Chaintré, fermented spontaneously and raised patiently on lees. The current NV release is a multi-vintage blend (notably 2019/2020/2021), assembled to balance ripeness, tension, and depth. Élevage runs long—typically two to three years—in older barrels with a small tank component, and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with little to no added sulfur.
