Organic single malt Scotch whisky produced by Nc’nean in Drimnin, Scotland (Western Highlands)   • Distilled from 100% unpeated organic-certified malted Scottish barley   • Twice distilled in copper pot stills   • Aged in a combination of shaved, toasted, and re-charred (STR) red wine casks (55%), ex–American whiskey barrels (43%), and ex–Oloroso sherry casks (2%); non-age statement   • Honey, peaches, vanilla cream, and dried cherries on the nose transition to a silky palate of apricot, orange peel, green apple, and toasted oats with allspice, clove, and ginger on a peppery finish.   • Double Gold medalist at the 2022 & 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competitions   • No added coloring   • Non-chill filtered; 46% ABV
