Chiussuma's first vintage of Carema was 2016.
The parcels are all vinified separately and then blended after.
Fermentation takes place in steel and lasts from 12 to 15 days.
After fermentation the wine is aged in barrels (5-6 years old) where it stays for around 14 months before being bottled.
