This side project was started by Géraud after several incredibly small harvests in the Jura. He sources organic grapes from his friends in other regions and vinifies them into playful wines. This cuvée is made from Jacquère grown in Savoie on yellow marls. The grapes were whole cluster pressed into concrete egg for fermentation and a ten-month élevage. - Juice Imports
