In the 2021 vintage, with an effort to better understand the terroir diversity in Maranges, Hugo & Talloulah decided to distill the marcs plot by plot, in partnership with Nicolas Julhès (master distiller, Distillerie de Paris), on the alembic of Jean-Marc Roulot. Thanks to this, they’re releasing three different eaux-de-vie from vines planted on different rocks and vines of different age. From vines of Hautes-Cotes Rouge “Les Cotes” on pink granite
