From biodynamically farmed parcels in Bâtard-Montrachet, the Chardonnay is hand-harvested, gently pressed, and fermented with native yeasts in oak. Élevage runs about twelve months in barrels with a thoughtful share of new wood, followed by six months in tank to harmonize before a light fining.
