This biodynamically farmed Chardonnay is drawn from multiple domaine parcels across Puligny, hand-harvested and gently pressed before native-yeast fermentation in oak. Élevage runs about twelve months in barrels with a restrained share of new wood, followed by six months in tank to settle before a light fining. The 2023 is precise and Puligny-true, layering citrus and white-flower lift over a chalky, saline spine, with crisp acidity and a long, poised finish.
