From biodynamically farmed Chardonnay in Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet, the fruit is hand-harvested, gently pressed, and fermented with native yeasts in oak. Élevage runs about twelve months in barrels with a restrained share of new wood, followed by six months in tank to harmonize before a light fining. The 2023 is silken and precise—white flowers and citrus over fine hazelnut and pastry hints—driven by chalk-saline tension and finishing long, poised, and impeccably detailed.
