A one-hectare vineyard site. Hillsides with steep slopes (30%). Fermented for about 20 days in stainless steel vats with native yeast. Aged for eight months, 90% tanks and 10% in new barrels from the forest at Bouzeron (Forêt de Fontaine), then blended.
