Sourced from ~1 ha of 55–65‑year‑old Pinot Noir vines in the walled ‘Clos de la Boutière’ climat on clay-limestone soils. Hand-harvested and vinified with native yeasts, the wine sees ~30% whole clusters, gentle pigeage, and ~15 days maceration. It’s aged 18 months in French oak (25% new) and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
