Séchet is a stony, south-to-southeast-facing sector within Vaillons on thin clays over Kimmeridgian limestone, and the Vocorets farm it for precision and lift. The Chardonnay is hand-harvested, gently pressed, and fermented with native yeasts, then aged on fine lees in stainless steel with a small share in older barrels, avoiding new oak to preserve cut and salinity. The 2023 is taut and mineral, layering citrus and green apple with oyster-shell snap and a long, chalk-lined finish.
