Bruno Dangin Cremant de Bourgogne Brut Rose, Burgundy, France (NV)
$35.00
Made from 100% organically farmed Pinot Noir grown on clay–limestone soils near Molesme, this rosé is hand-harvested and vinified in stainless steel with native-yeast fermentation. It sees roughly 30 months of lees aging in bottle and is bottled as Extra Brut delivering fine mousse, crisp structure, and red-berry freshness with a creamy, mineral edge.
Bruno Dangin—formerly of Champagne in the Aube—farmed the vineyards organically since 2014, imbuing each bottle with a thoughtful, terroir-driven style reminiscent of traditional méthode traditionnelle while rooted in Burgundy soils
