Crafted from 100 % organically farmed Pinot Noir sourced from three high-calcium climats in Molesme—just south of Champagne—this cuvée is vinified and aged in stainless steel, with prolonged lees contact before pressing. It’s bottled Extra Brut (1 g/L dosage), unfined and unfiltered, delivering ultra-clean bubbles, saline tension, and tart red fruit. Elegant and precise, it’s tailored for oysters, shellfish, or creamy cheese.
