VINEYARD: Harvested from massale selection vines of 1/3 Pinot Blanc and 2/3 Chardonnay averaging 20 years of age.
SOIL: The Pinot Blanc is planted in kimmerdgian-centric soils while the Chardonnay is planted in portlandian soils.
VITICULTURE: Farmed biodynamically and hand harvested, certified by EcoCert
VINIFICATION: Fermented in apoxy lined tank.
AGING: Aged in apoxy lined tank, three year elevage sur lie, unfined and unfiltered, zero dosage and zero sulfur added.
