Alternative practiced on this plot, certified Organic, in accordance with the biodynamic calendar, with respect for people and the environment. Full hand harvest

Traditional direct pressing on stainless steel troughs, spontaneous natural fermentation, aging on lees without racking in barrels for at least 11 months. Blend of wines from 2 to 3 harvests to which is added the perpetual reserve of chardonnays from the plot.

Intense gold color, complex and racy palate between tangy red fruits and candied fruits. The length is driven by an iodine sensation, complemented by a refreshing bitterness.
