NV Champagne Delalot 'Les Illuminations' Intense Extra Brut Rose (R18), Champagne, France

From the village of Saulchery in the Marne Valley, the Pinot Noir planted in 1989 on the lieu-dit Les Chapelles, has very deep rose color, the juice was infused with the skin for 36 hours, then fermented in 228L for 2 years. It was bottled in November 2020 and disgorged with no dosage in November 2022.
