Soil / heat-storing, slightly loamy calcareous gravelsoils with a low sand content. Dolomite prevails, asedimentary rock with calcium – magnesiumcompounds. Ventilated, favorable hillside location.
Harvest time / end of september
Age of the vines / 80-90 years
Vinification / fermentation for about 2 weeks in wooden vats. After alcoholic fermentation, rackinginto large wooden barrels. Then malolactic fermentation and aging in barrel until early summer.
