FKA as Brutal Rouge. Unique blend of Syrah and Muscat Petit Grains from 30 year old vines grown in marl soils by Tom Lubbe in the Rousillon.
Whole-cluster, four day maceration. White and red grapes are co-fermented. The wine is then pressed and racked into fiberglass for fermentation and aging.
