This single-vineyard riserva comes from the tiny, south-facing Montefico slope—just three growers tend the vines, producing only about 13,000 bottles per vintage under the cooperative’s label. The vines thrive in calcareous marl soils that yield Nebbiolo of exceptional structure and mineral density.
Fermented with native yeasts at 30 °C and undergoing roughly 28–30 days of skin contact, the wine is aged for 36 months in large Slavonian oak casks before spending a year further resting in bottle, True to the Produttori's style, this bottling emphasizes site purity and refined tannin structure over overt manipulation
