This Meursault is a true village blend, drawing from Leroux’s own parcels across Les Criots, Les Millerands, Sous la Velle, Bois de Blagny, and Moulin Landin—covering the full elevation range of the appellation. The juice is whole-cluster pressed, clarified gently, and fermented with native yeasts in a combination of foudres and 300–600 L barrel formats. Winemaker Benjamin Leroux then matures the wine sur lie for 12–18 months, with only modest new oak (~15%) and minimal filtration before bottling
