Sourced from a single Grand Cru climat in Puligny-Montrachet, crafted by Marc & Alexandre Bachelet, who farm sustainably and vinify in larger oak barrels before finishing in stainless to preserve purity. Grapes are carefully hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed, then undergo native-yeast fermentation in barrel, followed by an extended barrel élevage of roughly 12 months with minimal new oak.
