Sourced from 50+‑year‑old Chardonnay vines on the cooler, down-slope soils of Les Referts—just below Meursault’s Les Charmes. Grapes are hand-harvested, then slowly pressed and spontaneously fermented in 350 L oak barrels. Aged 12 months in French oak (20–25% new), followed by an additional 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel.
