From biodynamically farmed Chardonnay in Les Pucelles—lying just upslope of Bâtard-Montrachet and beside Bienvenues—the fruit is hand-harvested, gently pressed, and fermented with native yeasts in oak. Élevage runs about twelve months in barrels with a restrained share of new wood, followed by six months in tank to harmonize before a light fining.
