VITICULTURE: Working methods are alternative, following the lunar calendar. Manually harvested with careful monitoring and control of grape maturity. We use two pneumatic presses, 2000 and 4000 kg capacity.
VINIFICATION: Divided into plots. Stainless steel or enamalled steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation. Harvest 2017.
AGING: one year in oak tuns, average aging in bottle: 5 years.
