This blend of 70% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha, and 5% each Graciano and Mazuelo fermented in their centenarian oak vats and matured for another ten years in used barrels. Bottled and rested another 10 years before release. It is a remarkable Rioja, and one of the very best we had from Lopez, very elegant in the mouth, with fine tannins and an almost mineral finish.
