Old-vine Baga from the Pan vineyard, rooted in Bairrada’s classic clay-limestone. Naturally fermented and long raised in older oak, the 2013 shows the variety at full resolution: lifted red fruit, autumn spice, firm but fine tannins, and that hallmark salty–iron edge. A slow-evolving, structure-driven vintage that’s entering a beautiful tertiary phase while retaining Pato’s trademark precision and drive.
