From a low-slope, clay-limestone parcel east of Beaune, organically farmed. Fermented with partial whole cluster, aged in mostly neutral oak. Leroux’s take on Cent-Vignes is all restraint: silken texture, fine tannin. The '17 is starting to take on the complexitiy that only comes with time. Nice wine from one of Burgundy's brightest.
