Chardonnay is foot-tread, Pinot Noir sees a short maceration, and fermentations are spontaneous, with élevage in older barrels and minimal sulfur; bottling is unfined and unfiltered. The result is a precise, chalk-driven Champagne with citrus lift, a subtle red-fruited savor, and a dry, saline finish.
