The plots are located on a north-eastern slope, sometimes steep, sometimes a little less. The soil made of blue sandstone can produce powerful wines, but we prefer a very gentle vinification in order to preserve maximum delicacy. 8-day vatting, whole bunches then fermentation and aging in old barrels. 2021, light color, aromatic explosion! We love it!
