  • Straight rye whiskey distilled from 100% New York-grown grain at Taconic Distillery in Stanfordville, New York, from a mash bill of 90% rye and 10% malted barley
  • Straight rye distilled by MGP in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, from a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley
  • Aged a minimum 2 years in 30- and 53-gallon char level 3 barrels
  • Notes of herbaceous dill, fennel, walnut skin precede a palate of dark cocoa powder, caramel-covered pretzels, and yellow apple with honey and sea salt on the finish
  • Orthodox Union Certified Pareve Kosher
  • NY Farm Distillery License eligible
  • Non-chill filtered; 46% ABV
