Obelus is a red natural wine made from a blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, and 20% Mourvedre co-fermented in qvevri (big terracotta amphorae) and macro bin, pressed after 7-10 days into qvevri and nuetral oak for élevage. The grapes are farmed organically in Calaveras, Sierra Foothills, CA. No additions.
