100% chardonnay. From a 0.2ha parcel just above the cellar. Parcel is southwest facing and sees shallow, fine, loamy red clay soils on limestone. Average vine age is 20 years, planted by Jean-Jacques Morel after the site was abandoned in the 30s.
Fruit sees 2 week carbonic maceration in stainless steel with no juice (dry carbo), then pressed into barrel. Ages for 8 months in single barrique. No added s02.
