Biodynamic. 100% Chardonnay. The ‘Clos des 6 Ouvrées’ vineyard is located within Domaine Rougeot’s walls, indeed a proper clos, at the base of the hill of Meursault, and only meters from the famous ‘Les Chevalières’ climat. It was the first parcel that Rougeot farmed biodynamically and by horse (as of 2021). He sometimes refers to it as ‘the petit Meursault’ in the range. Aged in neutral oak barrels for 18 months, bottled unfined and unfiltered and without additional SO2.
