Funnily enough, the Gosset family started their production of still wines prior to making sparkling (which started in the 30s). This is all Pinot Noir grapes from a lieu-dit "Loiselu", planted in 1972 near the village of Ay. Year in a half in old wood before being bottled. A mere 500 btls of this wine was made.
