Made from mostly Negramoll and Listan Negro, with a smaller percentage of Listan Blanco. The fruit comes from 6 different parcels from southeastern vineyards in the island, heavily affected by the Atlantic winds and moisture. The Listan Negro and Listan Blanco are pressed whole cluster together while the Negramoll undergoes an eight day maceration before pressing. Co-fermented and aged in 500L oak barrels. Unfined, unfiltered.
