Net priced. About 0.1ha of a 0.2ha parcel of Aligoté planted at around 350 meters in
Bouzeron. Western exposure. Pure limestone, similar to that of the Côte de
Beaune. Blend of 40% 2019, 60% 2020. 2019 was fermented for 2 weeks, whole
bunch carbonic then pressed to barrel. 2020 was direct press and then
barreled down into the 2019. Aged together in a 600L oak barrel for 8 months
before bottling. 800 bottles produced. No SO2 added.
